FREE Express Shipping on Australian Orders Over $200
For Australian orders, any duties and import taxes are already included in the price of each item. For security reasons, Vieux online purchases will require a signature upon delivery.
Upon delivery, please make sure that the number of boxes delivered is as stated on the delivery confirmation document, and that the package is not damaged in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents.
FREE Standard Shipping on International Orders Over $200
VieuX Offers free standard shipping on International orders with delivery between 10 and 14 days depending on your country. Your order will require a signature upon delivery.
You may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination country in order to receive your order.
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped, approximately 2-3 business days from order date.
International Express Shipping
You can upgrade your shipment to Express with delivery in 2 - 4 days for an extra fee. Please choose 'express shipping' at the checkout.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you check the delivery status using the tracking code sent to you with shipment confirmation email and check that the address indicated on your order for the delivery is correct.
In the case of a missed delivery please contact courier company.
