Warranty

VieuX Eyewear is constructed with the highest quality, premium materials and is individually handmade by the most well respected artisans. Each component is individually inspected and hand tuned before being carefully packaged. VieuX Eyewear is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. Damage to lenses, frames and other components due to normal wear and tear or misuse or abuse are not covered under warranty. Your VieuX warranty is only valid with a proof of purchase from an authorised dealer.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or peeling of frames, or nose piece and frame deterioration. Any alterations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. We use some of the most scratch resistant lens materials available, but it is NOT SCRATCH PROOF. All VieuX lenses exceed the strictest Australian, USA, and European standards for quality and strength.

The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, eyewear returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
